Unused 20-class bundles can be refunded as follows: used sessions are charged at the single class rate. The remainder is refunded. For example, if you have a 20 class package and use 10 classes, you would get a refund calculated as the cost of the package minus the cost of 10 individual sessions (when purchased at the single class rate).
Unused individual sessions get a full refund.
To cancel an individual class, you must cancel the class session two hours before the start time of the class using the Slack system. Type “menu” in your private Slack channel, and follow the on screen prompts. You must use the self-service system in Slack; emailing a request to cancel is not sufficient.
Aside from the initial consultation, all consultations require deposits. The deposit is refunded during the consultation. If you miss the consultation, you forfeit the deposit.
